What area do you deliver to?
  • We offer free delivery and setup within 20 miles of DT5. For areas beyond that range, a small delivery fee will apply. Contact us for a personalized quote if your event is further away!
How do I book games with The Hire Barn?​
To book with The Hire Barn, simply get in touch with us using our contact form, along with your enquiry. We will respond with availability and pricing details. Once you’ve reviewed our offer, we’ll send you a booking form to complete. After we receive the completed form, a 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking and date.
​​Is the Mini Golf Supervised?
Yes our Mini Golf does have a member of staff for the duration of the hire just to ensure things run smoothly.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking and secure your event date. The deposit will go towards the total hire cost, and the remaining balance is typically due 30 days before your event.​
How long can I keep the games for my event?​
Our 9 Hole Wedding theme Mini Golf is Hired for 4 hours. 

​Our Garden Games bundles are hired out for up to 8 hours.
Do I have to pay a damage Deposit? 
For our 9-hole mini golf course, a £200 damage deposit will be required, along with the remaining balance, which is due one month before your event. The deposit will be refunded within 5 days after the event, provided the equipment is returned undamaged. General wear and tear is acceptable, but any damage due to misuse or missing items will incur additional charges.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Both The Mini Golf and Garden Games must have a wet weather contingency plan in place before booking this can be an indoor area or marquee.
The minimum area required for the Miniature 9 Hole Golf is 10m x 10m

How do I pay for my booking?
Payments for your booking can be made via BACS (Bank Transfer). 
How much space is required for your 9 hole mini golf course?
A minimum of 10m x 10m area is required the ground must be flat and horizontal either mown grass, concrete, carpet or floor boards.
